Daytime is breakfast and salads under the trees, evenings turn over to cocktails and dishes that travel well between drinks, manti, schnitzel, the grilled run. The bartender's habit of telling you what's in the glass is the kind of tell that separates a real cocktail bar from a place that learned the word. Big enough for a group, calibrated enough for two.
