Breakfast is the booking the audience has heard about: the bacon naan roll, the keema per eedu, masala chai poured at the table. Lunch and dinner run a longer menu of Bombay home-cooking the chain has held a remarkable consistency on across eight London rooms. King's Cross and Covent Garden draw bigger crowds; Shoreditch is the room that feels closest to the original brief.
