| Last reviewed: May 2026 From 1999 to 2023 Agrilia was Melih Teksen's restaurant in central Alaçatı, the peninsula's first genuinely creative Mediterranean kitchen. In 2024 the chef closed that room and moved as a partner into Ovacık's Buradan Vineyards: now six kilometres south of Çeşme centre, among Şirin Payzın and Turgay Gümüş's organic-certified vines, a vineyard restaurant pairing a sunset Mediterranean set menu with Buradan's own rosé and Tempranillo. April-September only, reservation mandatory. The peninsula's most mature wine-and-kitchen experience.
Editor's Tip
Book the set menu two weeks in advance, table count is small. The Buradan Şirin rosé is the natural pair to the Mediterranean course; the Tempranillo is for the lamb. April and September run cleanest.
