Run since 2014 by Sedef and Ali Zevkliler, Ali teaches culinary at university, which the family treats as a thesis rather than a side project, byZevkliler is the à la carte fine-dining room of their Boutique Hotel & Fine Dining, set on the quieter Marina side of the village. The kitchen leans frankly Greek: a long meze line, day-boat fish, a careful dessert section, and an outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings. The hotel side is small (15 rooms) and the dining room reads as a chef's salon, not a hotel canteen.
Skip the pizza-stone-oven hotel rooms in the village and come here for what the family quietly call Pazar night, Ali's sailor-Greek meze run with the day's grilled fish. Ask for the garden-fireplace table from October on.
