Alaçatı
Chef Can Aras's wood-fired seafood room, the most ambitious new arrival the stone village has had in a decade
The Viento courtyard where Alaçatı's stone-village finally has a Michelin-listed seafood room of record
Inside the 1900s mansion that became Viento Hotel, Sota gives Alaçatı the open-fire seafood room the village has been missing for twenty years. Chef Fırat Sıriş runs a kitchen built around the lobster tank and oyster bar, Aegean fish handled with restraint, a Mediterranean wine list that reaches well beyond the Turkish suspects, and a courtyard of olive trees and white linen that does the rest. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye in both the 2025 and 2026 editions.
Ask for a courtyard table under the olive trees and let the maitre d' walk you through what came in that morning, the kalkan and the day's small fish are usually the move over the headline lobster.
