Alaçatı
A culinary academic's Greek-Aegean fine-dining room tucked into a fifteen-room boutique near the Marina road
Buse Bağlayan's farm-to-table room inside Small Luxury Hotels' only Alaçatı address, the kitchen is fed by the family's Ovacık farm
KestelINN is the seven-room stone-house boutique that joined Small Luxury Hotels of the World in 2024, and its restaurant, quietly run by chef Buse Bağlayan, earns the listing on its own merits. The kitchen is fed by Ovacık Tarla, the Kestelli family's regenerative farm fifteen minutes inland: olives, herbs, artichokes, the season's vegetables, all picked the same morning. The carte is short, the wine list local, and the Hakan Ezer-designed courtyard does the rest. The chef's-table dinners at Ovacık Farm itself are the address regulars chase.
Ask the front desk about the next Ovacık Farm chef's table, they run on irregular dates around harvests and olive-oil pressing, are open to non-residents, and are the village's quietest fine-dining ticket. The à la carte hotel dinner is the consolation; the farm dinner is the move.
