Hacımemiş's quiet stone garden, a chef's Aegean address that has held the same Tire-sourced standard since 2010
Burakhan Akçe's open-air sharing room, modern Aegean small plates a careful step away from Kemalpaşa Caddesi's noise
Tucked off the busy stretch on a quiet side street, Ortaya is the chef Burakhan Akçe project that gave the village its first credibly modern Aegean sharing-plates room. The kitchen leans on local farmers and seasonal fish, the wine list is short and confident, and the courtyard, open to the sky, lit by paper lanterns, has the loose, low-volume rhythm of an Ibiza finca rather than an Alaçatı tourist room. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye 2025 and 2026.
Order the way the room is built, a long line of small plates rather than a main. The grilled octopus and the wood-oven börek are the two non-negotiables; let the chef send the rest.
