The kitchen leans on local farmers and seasonal fish, the wine list is short and confident, and the courtyard, open to the sky, lit by paper lanterns, has the loose, low-volume rhythm of an Ibiza finca rather than an Alaçatı tourist room. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye 2025 and 2026.
