Expect generous, unfussy plates: quenelle, tablier de sapeur, boeuf mode, and a daily blackboard. A dozen tables, no pretension, and the kind of home cooking that explains why the bouchon tradition survives.
Very small, so reserve. Closed weekends and in August; cash-friendly, family service.
