Clandesti Taller Gastronomic
Bons Aires
Hidden garage kitchen with a cult natural-wine cellar.
A theatrical Baroque mansion that turns a drink into spectacle.
Opened in 1981 inside a restored seventeenth-century courtyard mansion in La Llonja, Abaco is unlike any other bar in Palma. Candlelight, antique furniture, cascading fruit and flower displays and classical music create an almost operatic setting. Cocktails are fruit-forward and premium-priced; you come as much for the room as the glass.
Prices match the theatre, so treat it as a one-drink occasion. The candlelit courtyard is the seat to ask for.
