Austrian chef Simon Petutschnig blends Mallorcan produce with pan-Asian flavours in what he calls borderless Mediterranean cooking. Hidden down a cobbled street off Jaume III, the restored mansion pairs an art-filled dining room with a dreamy courtyard garden. Polished, design-conscious and quietly accomplished.
