Set in the lush walled garden of the Can Bordoy Grand House, Botànic puts vegetables at the centre of the plate with creative pairings, travelled spicing and serious technique. Tasting menus named after Mediterranean winds change with the seasons and are served to the whole table. One of Palma's most beautiful and distinctive rooms.
