Marcos Granda's ten-seat omakase, the Costa del Sol's quiet proof.
Andalusia's seasonal larder, reimagined at the highest level
Marcos Granda's two-star room is the gastronomic high point of the old town, seating barely a dozen guests opposite the Parque de los Enamorados. Chef Mario Cachinero builds a tasting menu rooted in local seasonality and Andalusian tradition, pushed toward genuine refinement rather than spectacle. The wine list, curated by Spain's most decorated sommelier, is among the finest on the coast.
Tiny, so book well ahead; tasting menu only, with a serious wine pairing. Now on Av. Cánovas del Castillo, not its former Calle Aduar address.
