Marcos Granda's two-star room is the gastronomic high point of the old town, seating barely a dozen guests opposite the Parque de los Enamorados. Chef Mario Cachinero builds a tasting menu rooted in local seasonality and Andalusian tradition, pushed toward genuine refinement rather than spectacle. The wine list, curated by Spain's most decorated sommelier, is among the finest on the coast.
