| Última revisão: May 2026 Theo Lindinger and Dominik Klier took over a small Viktualienmarkt stall in 2017 and turned it into the most interesting lunch in central Munich: twenty-five varieties of potato, almost all locally grown and organic, served as baked-potato bowls with toppings the Falstaff guide and the Bavaria-tourism feature have both written up at length. Lamb-and-juniper, smoked trout with horseradish, a vegan bowl, the rotating Tuesday potato of the week. Six stools at a counter, the rest is takeaway under the market chestnut trees. Closed Sundays. Cash and card. Lunch only, they are sold out by 16:00 most days.
