Mamma Raffaella's handmade pasta in upper Montepertuso
Run by the Villani family in the hillside hamlet of Montepertuso since 1997, with Mamma Raffaella and daughter Erika at the open kitchen. Erika trained at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in London and the pasta is rolled by hand daily; grilled cod with beans and mussels is the long-standing signature. An intimate, genuinely personal room dedicated to grandmother Rosa.
Closed Tuesdays; reserve ahead and ask about the shuttle from Positano. Cooking-led and family-run, not a view restaurant.
