Forn Nou
A rooftop over old Artà with a quietly ambitious kitchen.
Reviewed by Mes Prestiges Editorial Team Last reviewed June 2026
In the historic centre of Artà, the restaurant of the small Forn Nou hotel spreads across a beamed dining room, a wine cellar with an open kitchen, and a rooftop terrace over the town's rooftops. The seasonal Mediterranean cooking runs from à la carte to a five-course tasting menu. An intimate, design-conscious room rather than a tourist stop.
Editor's Tip
Ask for the roof terrace at sunset. Part of the Forn Nou boutique hotel; reservations advised, and check winter opening.
