Carloforte-born Luigi Pomata built his name on bluefin tuna from his home island's mattanza tradition, and it remains the house signature. Modern dining rooms and a terrace over the marina frame reinterpreted Sardinian classics. A polished, dependable kitchen from a serious restaurant family.
