Chef Andreu Genestra's 'cuina de la terra' now occupies the 14th-century Sa Torre estate at Hotel Zoëtry, holding a Michelin star, a Michelin Green Star and two Repsol Suns. The kitchen leans hard on its own garden and Mallorcan producers across the Mediterrani, Mediterrani Extrem and Mediterrani Verde tasting menus. Rural, quiet, and seriously sustainable.
Dinner Wednesday–Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday. A vegetable-led menu (Mediterrani Verde) is offered alongside the others.
