Hodan transplants the Istanbul restaurant's chef-led identity to the open-air terrace of Avantgarde Refined on Küdür Bay, the south-facing pocket of Yalıkavak that sits a deliberate distance from the marina. Chef Çiğdem Seferoğlu, one of the small handful of women running a serious chef-led room in Türkiye, works confit gurnard with turmeric fennel, purslane-and-mint salads with nectarine, and a vegetable line treated with the same precision as the protein course. Michelin-Guide-listed 2026 and the most thoughtful sunset tasting on this side of the peninsula.
