The restaurant of Son Bunyola, Richard Branson's restored sixteenth-century finca hotel on an 810-acre estate between Banyalbufar and the coast. Sa Terrassa cooks vibrant, seasonal Balearic dishes built on produce from the estate's own gardens and orchards — sharing plates at lunch, plated dishes at dinner. The terrace looks across the Tramuntana and out to the Mediterranean.
