The flagship restaurant of Belmond La Residencia, set inside a restored sixteenth-century olive press of stone and candlelight on the edge of Deià village. Chef Pablo Aranda's seasonal tasting menu reads modern-Mediterranean, built on island produce and quiet technique. In summer the dining room moves to a terrace looking across the village to the Tramuntana.
Book ahead; non-residents can reserve from 30 days out, and the six- or ten-course menus suit a real occasion.
