Set in a standalone pavilion at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel above the Canyamel valley, Voro is the island's sole two-Michelin-star restaurant. Chef Álvaro Salazar builds two tasting menus, Voro and Devoro, that thread his native Andalusia through Mallorcan produce and the Mediterranean in front of you.
