Set in a standalone pavilion at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel above the Canyamel valley, Voro is the island's sole two-Michelin-star restaurant. Chef Álvaro Salazar builds two tasting menus, Voro and Devoro, that thread his native Andalusia through Mallorcan produce and the Mediterranean in front of you. Each dish is technically precise, plated with restraint, and tied to a memory or a place.
