Chef Çaykun Gelgeç runs a seasonal Aegean menu that crosses easily into Greek territory, moussaka the way the island grandmothers made it, zucchini-flower tempura, an anise panna cotta, and the tahini cookies have their own following. The kind of address you book a fortnight ahead in August and lose an evening to.
